Baltimore magazine proudly presents its 4th Annual Home & Design Awards. The May 2026 issue will highlight the prodigious talent of our region’s architectural and interior design community—its builders, designers, architects, and contractors. Chosen by a panel of nationally renowned design experts, these awards highlight and celebrate the design landscape from Charm City to the Eastern Shore.
Winners will be announced at an awards reception in late April and featured in the May 2026 print issue.

Eligibility
All projects must have been completed between January 1, 2021 and December 1, 2025 and must be located in Baltimore city, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, Carroll County, Anne Arundel County, Frederick County, and the Eastern Shore. Both firms and individuals may submit projects. Projects that have won in previous years are not eligible for a second year.
