Baltimore’s Central Business District (CBD) has seen a steady stream of office tenants migrate to Harbor East and Harbor Point neighborhoods, leaving significant levels of vacancies within the CBD. We welcome the Downtown Partnership’s leaders to hear their ideas and plans to backfill and promote the CBD back to stable occupancy levels.
Lauren is the Chief Marketing Officer at the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore – where she has been a crucial member of the team for over a decade. A believer in all things possible, a champion of cities, and a person who really loves talking about Economic Development, Brand Strategy, and Placemaking Events over happy hour cocktails in her favorite Downtown Baltimore restaurants. Previous to Downtown Partnership, Lauren worked at the Bethesda Urban Partnership and the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County. She has a BA in Public Relations from Hofstra University. She lives in Laurel, MD with her husband and three amazing kids.
