Baltimore’s Central Business District (CBD) has seen a steady stream of office tenants migrate to Harbor East and Harbor Point neighborhoods, leaving significant levels of vacancies within the CBD. We welcome the Downtown Partnership’s leaders to hear their ideas and plans to backfill and promote the CBD back to stable occupancy levels.
