Class for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) which is part of a course the MBA developed to train HUD multifamily loan underwriters. Stephen co-teaches the class with Barb Cantrell of Linden Valuation, she’s a practicing appraiser. I was an appraiser for 13 years before becoming a lender. Our class is called “Valuation Analysis” and focuses on appraisals, appraisal review and related analyses that are used in the HUD multifamily “MAP” loan programs. We’re in the tenth year of the course and I’ve taught it every year.
