A thoroughly enjoyable the presentation yesterday by Julian Frostof Lorax Partnerships and Baltimore City Councilman Ryan Dorsey on Single-Stair Reform in Baltimore City.
Members of the LAI Baltimore Chapter participated in a thoughtful discussion on local reform efforts and the broader national movement to reshape how we design and build multifamily housing. I look forward to seeing this legislation advance in Baltimore and contributing to the realization of this important housing typology!
