10-19-2016 LAI Metro Centre Rendering

Lynn Abeshouse, Abeshouse Partners, to speak on the Metro Centre at Owings Mills development. Metro Centre is a Transit-Oriented Development (“TOD”), the only TOD in Baltimore County. The Metro Centre TOD environment offers all retail and service amenities on site including restaurants, health fitness facility, a new Class A privately owned boutique hotel with conference and catering to be delivered in 2017.  Free parking is offered in the attached structured parking garages and surface lots at Metro, monitored by Landlord and the MTA police.  Currently, there are over 5,000 metro commuters parking daily throughout the project, the largest Baltimore County library and the Community College of Baltimore County building of 120,000 square feet has over 30,000 visitors a month, Phase I of the residential apartments  are open-85% leased, and numerous retail establishments are thriving including Eggspectation.  Metro Centre is only a 15 minute metro commute door-to-door to all major Baltimore City locations, i.e. M&T Bank Stadium, Oriole Park, University of Maryland Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
