Board Meetings
Board meetings are held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Board Meetings will be the fourth Tuesday of each odd month at 2 pm. The one exception to the schedule will be the November meeting.

Our monthly programs are typically held on the third Wednesday of the month for lunch with a speaker addressing a timely topic and discussion: Baltimore LAI Chapter List of Speakers 2017 – 2021. The discussions are just as informative and stimulating as the presentations, given that the unique audience of highly knowledgeable “land economics” experts with diverse interests and perspectives. These programs are held from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Chapter members receive 8 complimentary lunches as part of their paid annual dues. Invited guests are welcome, and currently we have suspended the modest lunch program guest fee. The luncheon meetings provide continuing opportunities for chapter members to stay abreast and develop and nurture personal friendships and business relationships with other members and invited guests. We usually host an annual Summer Outing in July and an Annual Dinner in the Fall. The details and pricing for these events vary.

Attend LAI Land Economics Weekends:
Please consider attending our Land Economics Weekends (“LEWs”), where you will have the opportunity to meet members from around North America, Europe, and Asia. LEWs are international gatherings usually held twice a year, are open to all members and their guests. These meetings address wider international, national and regional issues, and include tours of projects of interest within the host city. They provide a further invaluable forum for networking discussions among LAI’s wider membership. Recent gatherings have taken members to: Madrid, Philadelphia, Vancouver, Baltimore, Orange County, San Juan, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Austin. The LEWs provide opportunities for Members to broaden their perspectives and meet face to face with other top professionals from around the world, while getting behind the scenes access to projects in some of the world’s most interesting cities.
