Howard St. in Remington/Charles Village.

More about The Service Center: This new mixed use building on Howard St. in Remington/Charles Village seeks to be the most civically engaged building in the city by connecting residents to local volunteering opportunities and leasing office space to community-minded organizations and companies. The project will feature 25,000 square feet of office space anchored by Wide Angle Youth Media, street level retail, and 64 residential units. Through its Service Works program, residents will be connected to pre-selected local volunteering opportunities – fostering deep connections with both neighbors and mission-driven organizations. For every hour volunteered through the program, quarterly donations will be made to the local partner nonprofits.
