PROGRAM CHANGE – ALERT!
We sincerely apologize for this last minute change but due to a scheduling conflict beyond our control, BILL STRUEVER, CROSS STREET PARTNERS, will not be speaking at the May 16 LAI Lunch Program as planned. But he is re-scheduled to be our speaker in Fall 2018.
In the meantime, we sincerely appreciate TIM PULA, BEATTY DEVELOPMENT, for re-adjusting his schedule to be our LAI Lunch Speaker on May 16. He will be talking about the Baltimore Penn Station plans and Baltimore’s Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI). The CNI begins with the redevelopment of much of East Baltimore, extending from Perkins Homes (the public housing just north of Little Italy) to Hopkins Hospital and including Old Town and the site of the former Somerset Homes. Beatty Development is the lead developer for both the CNI project and for the redevelopment of Penn Station and the surrounding area.
Anyone who has registered for our May 16 luncheon and is not able to attend, please email Susannah Bergmann at [email protected]
