801 West Baltimore Street Addressing the Persistent Misvaluation and Undervaluation of Property Owned by Minorities: Task Force Solutions for Valuation Equity
Jacqulyn H. Priestly, Principal
Oak Hill Strategies
In 2022 the Maryland General Assembly established the Task Force on Property Appraisal and Valuation Equity to address the long-standing inequities and to ensure that minority-owned properties are fairly valued across our state. The task force has now delivered its report and recommendations to Governor Moore and the General Assembly, and the Chair of the task force, Jacqulyn Priestly, will join us to present and discuss them with us. Please join us to discuss this important issue on Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday!

The Appraisal Task Force Report can be read here.
