Manager of Customer Care & Facilities
This position is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and cataloguing the physical upkeep of all residential, commercial, retail and light industrial real estate in the Seawall portfolio. More importantly, the facilities manager is responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of all people that live within, work within, visit or patron all of the various properties our company manages. Whether it is providing our residents a safe, comfortable place to call home, maintaining building systems to keep our nonprofit office tenants focused on their mission or ensuring the comfort of the patrons of our food hall, this role is essential in allowing all of these people, organizations and businesses to thrive.
This position involves the servicing and daily maintenance of mechanical, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry items at our residential and commercial properties. Seawall is seeking a hardworking, multi-talented, super friendly, highly motivated individual to help maintain and repair their growing real estate portfolio in Baltimore. They need a jack-of-all-trades that can conduct repairs for items in residential apartments, commercial offices, and retail shops daily. This individual must excel in interacting with tenants and conducting all the above items with a smile that tells tenants that we are happy to help them.
